Description of Tender
The report should be a polished, publication‑ready document that provides:
1. History. An overview of the history of the Zebra Trust — its founding, mission and evolution over sixty years.
2. Human stories. Narrative accounts that bring the Trust’s work to life, ideally drawn from interviews with beneficiaries and others touched by its programmes.
3. Imagery. Photography and visual material that illustrate the Trust’s work and the communities it has served.
4. Impact. High‑level data summarising the reach and impact of the Trust across the six decades of its activity.
Applicant Qualifications
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
– An understanding of East Africa and its educational and cultural context;
– A demonstrable track record in the preparation of reports;
– A demonstrable track record in producing aesthetically pleasing, well‑designed materials; and
– Relevant experience within communications and / or education.
How to Apply
Proposals should be no more than 4 pages and should set out: (i) relevant experience and a short portfolio or samples of previous work; (ii) the proposed approach and methodology; (iii) the individuals who will undertake the work; (iv) an indicative timeline; and (v) a fee proposal.
